Hey its Alexander Merandi. Just to let everybody know that I manage this page for my Dad(Frank Merandi) and myself for my musical videos.

A brief background of Frank Merandi: I began playing the piano at the age 12 in 1969. I took lessons for 2 years learning how to read music from my first teacher. My second year was spent Sam Bettini, a unique and special talent who taught me how to primarily work with chord progressions. I have had almost no formal training, best I have always loved the piano. I have come to depend on the piano for a source of comfort. I mostly enjoy playing at home and writing music and lyrics. I like to interpret music as I feel it. I probably never play a piece the same way twice. It was my son Alexander's idea to expose my playing the piano on YouTube. His enthusiasm for my playing is only exceeded by the love he has for music.
