Over several weeks in the fall of 2010, a few of the Evangelical churches in our area are part of an important direct mail campaign promoting the Gospel. This will be an opportunity for many to reflect on the place that God's Word occupies in their lives. This campaign may prompt discussion within your own social and family circles. What will you say? The diocese of Alexandria-Cornwall is making available a pamphlet which speaks to the importance of evangelization as well as proposing some thoughts to reflect on and actions to take. Let us accept the invitation extended to us in the Gospel. "Be always prepared to explain the reason for your hope and faith." Bishop Paul-André Durocher also held a public conference on faith sharing to coincide with this effort.
