Follow us on Facebook https://www.facebook.com/ConcertVideos Stop Making Sense (1984) is a concert movie video featuring Talking Heads Directed by Jonathan Demme, it was shot over the course of three nights at Hollywood's Pantages Theater in December 1983, as the group was touring to promote their new album Speaking in Tongues. The movie is notable for being the first made entirely using digital audio techniques. The band raised the budget of $1.2 million themselves. The title comes from the lyrics of the song "Girlfriend is Better": "As we get older and stop making sense...". The film has been hailed by Leonard Maltin as "one of the greatest rock movies ever made." Shooting of Stop Making Sense spanned three live shows at the Pantages Theater in Los Angeles. Demme has stated that one night of shooting was dedicated almost entirely to wide shots from a distance, to minimize the intrusion of cameras on stage. Demme had considered additional shooting on a soundstage made to recreate the Pantages Theater, but the band declined to do this, as they thought the lack of audience response would have hindered the energy of their performance. This shooting practice has led to a number of interesting continuity errors, including Tina Weymouth's bass changing from a blue five-string to a brown Hofner between shots, and a beach ball thrown toward stage that is never seen landing in the following shot. Others include minor instances of mismatched image and audio (notably, on "Found A Job," a cymbal is heard even though Chris Frantz is not seen hitting one; a few bars later, he hits a cymbal, but no cymbal is heard). Setlist: "Psycho Killer" "Heaven" "Thank You for Sending Me an Angel" "Found a Job" "Slippery People" "Burning Down the House" "Life During Wartime" "Making Flippy Floppy" "Swamp" "What a Day That Was" "This Must Be the Place (Naive Melody)" "Once in a Lifetime" "Genius of Love" "Girlfriend Is Better" "Take Me to the River" "Crosseyed and Painless" To have this concert video in your home collection visit http://goo.gl/oY7Vb Follow us https://twitter.com/#!/ConcertsVideos Add as on google + http://goo.gl/OEDJ0

Pre-Order £4.99 iTunes - http://bit.ly/sub150
V/A -- 'Sub 150' Dubstep, drumstep and the bass between - Released 26.03.2012 on Hospital Records
Ramping the sub-bass up and easing the tempo down, "Sub 150" is the brand new download compilation from Hospital Records. Expect dubstep, drumstep and everything in between in this immense 20-track offering as "Sub 150" delves into the medical records of releases past and recruits fresh blood for releases future. Known primarily as a drum+bass label, there have always been a plethora of other genres and styles on offer on the Hospital, with releases extending deep and wide into what has become known more recently as "bass music", from some of the pioneers of what has become known as "dubstep" (the likes of Phuturistix and Darqwan), to the more recent alternative offerings from big guns Netsky, Logistics and Camo & Krooked.
Featuring signed Hospital artists, our extended Med School family, along with other likeminded names -- Blokhe4d, N3gus, Randomer, Martsman and CLS and newcomers such as Other Echoes (Nu:Tone and Logistics's youngest brother no less!) - flavours are varied, exciting and always unique.
"Sub 150" starts with Blokhe4d's refined, and yet punishing monster "Zelda" and takes us on a journey under the 150bpm radar where we encounter such gems as Darqwan's "Three Note Blue" which oozes class, the infamous Barbarix remix of Mistabishi's - "Printer Jam" and another Mistabishi classic -- "White Collar Grime" -- is brought out from the vaults. Bristol based N3gus steps up with Carasel for the MC's first ever recording on the rambunctious, in your face "Snakes". The Guardian's "Band of the week" Submerse brings the classic garage flavours with his superb "This Time You're Wrong", while Other Echoes, the youngest of the Gresham brothers, makes his debut on Hospital with spaced out dubstep riddim "Quantum Spectrum (feat. Tim Parker)".
Proving there's always been more to Hospital than meets the eye, this collection of past and present hits plunges below the 150bpm mark. Prepare to be immersed.
