Λέγεται ACTA και μετατρέπει τις εταιρείες που παρέχουν πρόσβαση στο Διαδίκτυο σε ιδιωτική αστυνομία, η οποία μας παρακολουθεί όλους και επεμβαίνει χωρίς τη συνδρομή της δικαστικής εξουσίας!
♦ Η ACTA φέρνει μεγάλης κλίμακας και σκληρές ποινικές κυρώσεις, χωρίς να αποσαφηνίζονται το εύρος και ο τρόπος εφαρμογής τους.
♦ Η ACTA μπορεί να χρησιμοποιηθεί για να σταματήσει τη χρήση οικονομικών γενόσημων φαρμάκων, ώστε να προστατευθούν μεγάλες εταιρείες, σε βάρος όλων μας.
♦ Η ACTA παρακάμπτει τη Δημοκρατία και ανοίγει την πόρτα σε μια παράλληλη νομοθετική διαδικασία, την οποία οι Βουλευτές και οι Ευρωβουλευτές μας, ως εκπρόσωπο δικοί μας και όχι μεγάλων εταιρειών, θα έπρεπε να καταδικάσουν.
♦ Τέλος η επιτροπή της ACTA θα μπορεί να μεταβάλλει τη συμφωνία και μετά την υιοθέτησή της, κάτι που την καθιστά μη εκλεγμένο νομοθέτη. Ζητάνε να παραδώσουμε λευκή νομοθετική επιταγή σε ένα αδιαφανές και ελεγχόμενο από ιδιωτικά συμφέροντα σώμα.
