In technical words, it is a unified system of confectionery extruders and depositors used for the deposition of masses of all viscosities to be cooled or baked for getting final product.
The system is controlled by CreaSweet software allowing manufacturer to create a product first virtually on a big touch screen and then with the help of advanced technology extruders, INTELLE GLAZE enrobing machine, INTELLE MIXER aerator, INTELLE COOL cooling and INTELLE OVEN baking tunnels get the ready product.
That is, liquid masses(Marmalade, chocolate and similar masses) are deposited by INTELLE DROP piston heads, semi dense masses(marshmallow, creams, soft biscuit doughs) are deposited by INTELLE MIX gear type extruders and dense masses(coconut masses, gingerbread dough, cottage cheese for sweet cheese curd and similar masses) are extruded with the help of INTELLE STAMP screw type head.
According to the product selected or created virtually by the CreaSweet soft, the required head deposits the mass of required consistency and size. The product further goes to cooling or baking tunnel for drying and final structuring. Enrobing machine gets involved into the process if the product is required to be enrobed or decorated. Aerator gives the depositing mass light weight and required structure if it is needed.
A digital camera clicks the final product automatically and save it for the future reference. This unique function gives manufacturer an easy access to all products whenever made and invent new products by manipulating with its ingredients.
