This track is from a CD album that i bought in a shopping mall in Italy in 1991, and i didn't find on google details about the label STEREO SIGNAL. But i belive that we could ask at Al Jarreau directly. I, first, lost my CD and i wish to buy another one.

After 20 years i find again this rare CD that's not included in the official Al jarreau discography on his own web site.
Than i bought the only copy finded.
