LIVE SIMPLY, SO THAT OTHERS MAY SIMPLY LIVE
After I quit opiates I started drinking quite heavily. It got to a 5th of 90 proof whiskey a day. After about a year I started getting ulcer and kidney pains so I switched to wine. The ulcer and pains did subside quite a bit, but not completely. I was drinking a gallon of carlo rossi a day. I started tapering about 6 months after that. I will make a video when I feel up to it.
9/16/08 This was the last day of drinking. The power had gone out due to the storm. So I drank a six.
10/21 Since then I have had no alcohol.
11/28 Had a few sips of wine on Thanksgiving. Felt like total shit from only 2 or 3 sips.
1/11/09 I have successfully quit drinking. Ppl may think that is impossible, but I felt like I was gonna die. I still feel blood pressure spikes (if you never had them THEY SUCK) The spikes are getting farther apart and weaker in duration. I know smoking pot doesn't help, but It's not time to quit that yet.
