A whole new meaning to "desperate housewife"

After reading the comments, and listening the song again, and hearing "sometimes tough like a father, sometimes yielding like a mother", it makes perfect sense.

While the voice is very good (it's fairly unique, and real, I guess~?), I have a strange feeling that it doesn't fit with the character. I'm no expert on Korean voice, so I can't really say, but I feel that the voice seems to fit more to a 20-ish (if not older) singer rather than to this teenager...

I've been wondering why the 4th Dance doesn't use the horn. Its name is Horn Dance after all.

The quality of this recording is so good. I have the digitally remastered version of Adrian Boult and it's completely crap.

Probably the Five Dynasties Ten Kingdom Period. The Warring States period might also be good as well.

Frankly, it lost the dreamy quality that Arabesque has, and therefore not a good arrangement.

I don't get it (probably a cultural gap, don't flame me), why should a phrase like "Calm down, dear" be sexist? Would she like to be told "Be quiet, b****" instead? I really can't think of any other phrase that's more polite for the purpose.

When you play it too fast like this, it feels more like Course d'eau rather than Jeux d'eau. The metronomic marking is there for a reason.

@OriginalMoonbeam I wouldn't call Ravel dreamy. That's more like a word to describe his contemporary Debussy. Ravel is quite serious and strict with his compositions. That's the most prominent point to distinct the two composers. Just my two cents.
