About albusmackinficker's channel
This is my attempt to document some of the oilfields of Southern California. I'm neither an oil industry worker nor a photographer; just a layperson interested in the technology, history, "aesthetics" and geography of the oilfields. My short videos are mostly of oil wells (pumpjacks) and oil rigs that can be seen from public places around Southern California, with an emphasis on the way they fit into the surrounding landscape.
