What's up with that horrifying slice in the soundtrack during the second 'Ah Mater' part?

Can't believe this has 5 dislikes - this was very clever and well done

OK - so he's not Paul McCartney...but it didn't reach the level of suckage I was expecting...LOL

Btw, did you know that Tony once had a guest appearance on Joni loves Chachi(sp) portraying someone who Joni thought was Paul McCartney (admitted into a hospital with exhaustion) but was actually not.

Seriously?!?!?! Just like Susan Boyle on Britain's Got Talent, people see someone who appears completely incompetent and aloof and when they don't completely suck out the joint, get lofted to 'greatest ever' status...LOL...This is not a bash against this artist per se since he actually can sing.....

Absolutely fantastic - I'll be honest and say I thought the vocals during the little intro were a bit rough...but you took that song over from that point and kicked its ass (vocals, supporting vocals, guitar and all). As an aside - Paul McCartney himself must've been impressed - enough so to include this version as part of the soundtrack that accompanies his preconcert collage of photos before each show

Nice job - for future reference, that part you said you didn't know is an F to F7 then C to C7...so when you sing 'better' (from the line 'make it better', you end that with a F and start the 'nanana' part with that same F to F7, then the second 'nanana' with the C to C7 ---- ...

@BobombX Nobody cared about the Hey Jude thing because it's so buried in the mix, you wouldn't know it's there unless someone pointed it out to you. This one is blatent (and cool)

Just as an fyi, even though this is off Standing Stone as mentioned above, this more contemporary version sounds almost nothing like the Standing Stone version (I prefer this 'live ' version over the Standing Stone version by a mile)

@valis2374 He does a great job on all these songs (both guitar and piano)...but anyway, although I'm a total amateur, I think he stays pretty much true to the published chords, which is a g and Cm the 'lucky break' part and 'FCDG for the chorus...try it out to see if it works
