I live in a place where the world also lives in the many and varied people who call themselves Americans. While not the single culture you might live in it is many cultures. You speak of politics as if we the everyday man have some control. Our world policy is set by people who have little in common with those who voted them into office. I am sure in the Utopia you call home every man has the power to change the big picture at will. But sadly those who live in the country seen as the leader of the free world do not. To assume that everyone here supports what happens is foolish and naive I'm sorry if you have been mislead or choose to be misinformed.
Remember that to set yourself up as a moral high ground is inviting others to find fault with your values. So have fun in Utopia and the rest of us will go on fending off the attacks of the naive and misinformed masses
