Alan Smith is a young singer/songwriter from Scotland.
Alan started singing at a very young age, and quickly joined up as part of Splash Productions touring group, since 2005 Alan has performed a number of times in venues all across Scotland , sometimes to audiences of several thousands. Now, Alan is considered to be one of the most soughtafter performers of the Splash team, with his amazing stage presense and flawless live vocals its no wonder Alan has created such a name for himself.

Alan began playing piano at the age of tweleve, and has been addicted ever since. Both Alan's vocals and keyboard playing have been graded in school at higher level "A"

Ontop of music and school , Alan has done the occasional peice of acting throught the years...
Starring as Max Hanings in BBC Scotland's educational prgramme See You See Me. Similarily, Alan has been in many theatre production, giving excellent performances in hit musical "Chicago" and Aberdeen International Youth Festival exlcusive "I'm Just Getting Started"

Alan began songwriting (slowly) for his debut album in January 2008, taking 3years to clock up a total of 23 songs. In 2010 Alan started producing his original songs in the local studio with producer and Splash Productions M.D. Marc Andrew.

Now the songs have taken shape they are nearly ready for their 2011 release. Alan's debut album "Room With A View" is OUT NOW!
