2012-2-13 旺角日與夜
坊間流傳，旺角是全世界人口密度最高的地方。旺了這麼多年，旺角昔日的興盛與今日的繁榮有何異同？
在旺角，各類貨品玩意各有自己的地頭，當中便有不少故事。通菜街金魚街無人不識，但它的前身金魚天光墟你又有否聽聞？金魚街的開山店主，細說由天光墟到入舖到搬舖的經歷。有八十多年歷史的花墟，同樣歷經搬遷，花農憶述，昔日花墟過年前竟然靜如閒日？今日彌敦道西邊的旺角，裝修建材店遍佈，原來始於四十年代的砵蘭街？當時未結業的吉祥茶樓，更是他們的集體回憶。
去旺角「掃街」（吃街頭小吃）不是現在才流行，庶民食家、資深傳媒人梁家權，帶我們回味昔日的街頭滋味，還有他在麥花臣球場外吃車仔麵的秘技。另外，當年享負盛名的旋轉餐廳、皇上皇餐廳，龍鳳茶樓的政治漫畫，瓊華酒樓的雙十節，亦令許多人回味無窮。
旺角雖然龍蛇混雜，精雅的文化卻可並存不悖。文化評論人陳雲道來他如何在旺角書店尋幽探勝，以及旺角雅俗並存的獨有街道文化。朗豪坊的出現，加上「自由行」旅客的龐大消費力，如何改變這充滿特色的街道文化？旺角，最終會否變成另一條廣東道或銅鑼灣？
