Thank you for this post. Wish I was there! I I was in Washington on the 15th but could not get in the Warner Theatre. I did see them in Philly. on the 17th. The night before I was in the 5th row of the Capital Center for Bob Marley. The best 24 hrs of music ever!!

@PatongTed I was at that show at the Cap. Center on Friday June 16, 1978 I will never forget it GREAT show. After the show drove to philly and saw Peter Tosh open for the Rolling Stones on Saturday. The best 24 hrs of live music ever.
@marianab100 I also had the honnor of meeting both of these men along with Muddy. It was after a set at the Cellar Door in Washington DC back around 1978. It was a true honnor and what great guys they all were. There music will live for ever.
