TRAINING :
Since 1991, He has conducts various training programs and has provided consultation to small and medium sized organizations to improve their functional efficiency. He has specialized in designing and conducting tailor made training events for all kind of organizations. His interactive presentation help individuals and organizations to achieve success through progress. His personalised coaching and guidance to individuals have also benefited many families.
METHODOLOGY :
Akhil uses latest and most modern techniques so that participants like children, students, ladies, youth, businessmen, employees, employers or even retired senior citizens not only enjoy but gain a lot from highly interactive thought provoking presentation.
He has a huge collection of stories, cartoon films, video clips, slides, business games, group activities and exercises. He uses lectures, discussions and case studies over and above the conventional methods as used in classrooms. He create a live and an interactive learning environment by using videos & multimedia presentation with large screen projection system to facilitate understanding the subject in totality.
He has conducted learning & training events for CEOs, Vice Presidents, General Managers, Managers, Supervisors and Workmen of Large, Medium and Small Scale Industries on Improving Personal Effectiveness, Professional Fitness and Improving the Quality of Life.
TELEVISION :
From 1998, Akhil started conceiving and producing cable television programs in Gujarati language for elevating awareness, providing education and empowering viewers of all ages on various social themes like Abhipray, Sansmaran, Andolan, Bal Mandir, Nivrutti ni Pravrutti, Pravas ane Prawasi, Sarbhara and Parichay.
He has anchored a cable television network program VIEWFINDER on Channel Valsad. This was a live phone in interactive talk show with an aim to develop awareness, provide education and inspire viewers for making their lives more meaningful. This show achieved and approximate viewer ship of 90,000 viewers every week.
He anchored ABHIPRAY - a gujarati live phone in interactive cable TV program on Samanvay TV with an aim to collect and provide information from & to viewers on various social, educational, professional, cultural, political, administrative issues concerning private/public organisations/services.
He is conducting a talkshow JEEVANDHARA - a gujarati discussion based TV program on Mitra Channel with an aim to share knowledge & expirience of people from various walks of life on common subjects and situations which are generally considered to be difficult to be handled; for providing assistance and guidence for Improving the quality of life.
PERSONAL :
Akhil obtained Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (1980) and Post Diploma in Instrumentaion & Controls Engineering (1982) from Technical Education Board of Gujarat State with Distinction of marks. He has also qualified as an internal auditor for ISO 9000 Quality Management Systems from Q.M.I., Mumbai and International Registrar of Quality Auditors ( IRQA, IQA ) UK.
He draws on his writing to guide people through the coaching process, gaining inspiration from Bhagvat Gita, Swami Vivekanand, Mahatma Gandhi and Dr. Vikram Sarabhai. Widely-travelled in India, AKHIL lives in Gujarat State of India with his wife and two grown sons - a graphic designer and a chemical engineer.
He speaks fluent English, Hindi and Gujarati languages in during presentations.
He puts into coaching practice his life's experience in creating a community of learning, living, leading and loving people.
