Amy was a legend when she was alive and is a legend in death.

As much as I love Amy and would like to have someone to blame for her death, she was the type of girl who made her own decisions. She just found out she could temporarily dull the pain with drugs. A greater loss to the musical world than many realize. She was a true genius.

This song sort of sums up her life. Her legend will continue to grow. Love you Amy.

I have always loved Amy Winehouse, but this just made me love her more. I had tears at the end. It makes her already extraordinary music even more poignant.

@dodmoful First of all it's Amy Winehouse, and the only acts from the U.S. that I like from the list is Whitney and some of Mariah Carey. You can keep the rest and I will take Amy and Adele.

Great achievers will always have those that are jealous of them. These haters are mixed in on Whitney's comments too. I love them both. Whitney is probably the best singer of our time, but Amy was a close second and wins overall because she composed her own songs.

@JQvtt732 Lennon was a good song writer, but only a marginal singer. Whitney's voice was a rare gift from God.

@alisharo58 I agree. I guess you take privacy for granted when you aren't famous, but when you become as famous as her it is gone forever.

Don't let these judgemental haters bother you. Amy Winehouse gets many of the same comments, but they don't take away from the great music they both left behind. Thanks Whitney and Amy. It is a shame we are left with so many poor subsitutes for you both.

@mrblowup1222 Everybody dies. It's just that most don't leave behind an incredible legacy like Amy did. If you don't like to read it don't come on here. I know many of us will always be here to show our respect for Amy and her music. Get used to it or go away.
