@TheSwirlyeyes Well, as I said, 刺せない dictates a "can't", not a "won't". You won't stab me (or even I won't stab you) is "sasanai" not sasenai. That "e" in place of the "a" is there because of an inability to stab, not a choice. I don't know how clearer I can be.
