@q8altair12 He got famous after this movie so we can conclude that this movie was SIMPLY good and not because of the "Arnold factor" like many later movies from him had. It was simply the MOVIE itself and the Music and the Acting etc. that was GREAT in many ways!

By the way this is cool magic we witness here cause for this magic from the dark sorcer Thulsa you do not need overrated special effects, as you can litteraly "feel" this magic forcing Conans Mother to surrender! @aamrun Well Crom is a god hehe ;). I do not think that a god has a human body or even needs one. However many people believe that this mighty warrior was Kull the Conqeror which was pretty much the blueprint for Conans character from Robert E. Howard.

Wow! Freespace is REALLY in every GENRE at home! Whether its a 3d action space simulator game or an RTS it is and WILL always be EPIC!
