@ImperiousKnight Kind of hard to tell that there is bass on DM? What are you listening to it with? A pair of 1985 sony walkman headphones? Robert's bass is fucking killer on the whole album.

@DamageIncorperated86 maybe, but if you really listen to DM with some quality speakers and a subwoofer- rob's bass playing is mind-blowing! His bass sound completely rules over anything Jason played on a Metallica album.

@MaxCavaleraification What?! What about Megadeth, Anthrax, Slayer, Overkill, Death Angel, Accept, Exodus, Motorhead, Volbeat, Testament, etc. I mean really, all of these bands have plenty of a metal spark left in them.

@spudicus11 According to the band the songs on "Beyond Magnetic" are rough mixed. Maybe that's why it feels incomplete to you, idk. I think the mix sounds just fine. In fact, "Death Magnetic" should have been mixed like this, it would've sounded better.

Since I am from Chicago, I think its kinda cool that Mustaine wrote this song about Al Capone. Might be safe to assume that Johnny K may have suggested the subject matter since he is from Chi-Town, or at least he has his studio there. Very catchy, rocking Megadeth tune!

Wow- I'm only the 2nd to post here. Overkill deserves some more views & exposure. This whole album fucking kicks so much ass that other bands out there better watch out!

Wow! Testament is back in a big way. Got Alex back & Chuck has never sounded better. Top notch production for some kick ass thrash. Testament certainly deserve the support. Looking forward to the next album- I believe its supposed to come out in Feb. 2012

@Malikarcanum Its the only song with Chuck doing death style vocals. Kinda throws ya off thinking the rest of the albums vocals are the same way. Don't get me wrong, this is the best Testament has sounded since "The Gathering". Going to see them along with DA, Anthrax on the 15th in Chicago.
