Your videos are the best I've ever watched on BPD. You sure do have the insight of someone who has been there and recovered. I hope one day to be as strong in my recovery as you are. I started following your work way back in 1995 when you put your first website up and at that time gave so much to those of us who like you are also sexual abuse survivors. As we know many with BPD have been sexually abused. That's what happened to me too. Thanks so much and may I add you are an amazing life coach too!
