I want Tal and Vinnie back too the previous band was perfectly in balance. Rhonda is great but this bass and OTT drum set up just don't get the best out of Jeff, whose work is a lot more subtle and if you don’t believe me listen any of the tracks from the Ronny Scott’s set.

they are both extreemly talented with history thus adaptable, and Jeff can play almost any style or with anyone he wishes so doesn't need to prepare.

I has to be rembered that Boyd had the vision and without him the compay failed, that said if he had had a decent maneger and let that person run the workshop and kept out of it himself things would have run smother
