Hey Everyone!

West coast born east coast raised my name is AJB from Cincinnati but currently in Southern California.

Music is my passion and is all I have. After I am gone my music will move through the ripples of time as a bookmark for those after me to see what the youth of my generation felt and went thru. I make music that is straight from the heart. I want to be legendary, live forever through my songs like the greats did before me.

Growing up I could tell I was very different from every one else around me. Not just ethnic wise (half Filipino/white) but in every dimension. It was hard being the only one of my kind looking different than every one else. Kids would rather make me an outcast than accept me so I learned to rebel against the powers that be at an early age. I used their hate for me as fuel for the fire. I grew up quick and learned that I didn't need people to accept me as long as I accepted myself. Once I learned that and mastered the technique of being who I wanted to be with no boundaries it was funny how the tables turned. When my parents separated, it was just me, my mom, my brothers and my thoughts. We moved around a lot so the only thing that was always there for me was my family and music. I would get lost in music, whether it be Mariah Carey, Metallica, Tupac or Green Day. It didn't matter to me I was hooked on music.

At first I never even thought of being an MC. I spent my youth battling my demons and surviving the streets. I got caught up in gangs and all around the street life but after seeing the rock bottom you get a good aspect of what life is really about and that's what you make it to be. One day life became too much to bare. I needed to find an outlet or I was going to go crazy and then it happened. I picked up a pen and my thoughts started to pour out. It felt great, like a huge stone was lifted off my chest. It started off as poetry in the form of lyrics and turned into my means to be heard. I haven't looked back since.
