Hello, how have you been? See any good Jake videos around here lately?

I've been really busy, but soon I'm going to purchase more videos from the Jake/Rose era in hopes of catching glimpses of Jake/Rose. There are a few with DL Brock taking Rose out for a 'business meeting'. Maybe she and Jake are in scenes together? Who knows. I will let you know soon.

Let me know if you hear anything different...but if it's bad stuff, give me a warning first! I was thinking, everything up to that last ep. where she leaves him to go to Albany was good. It was the last episode that was the doozy. If you notice, the writers use a woman that we never saw before and her child and never see again to help Rose make her decision to leave Jake. It looks like this was a last minute rewrite or something. It was very odd. And Rose didn't even look the same either! I resent the fact that they would use that lady and her baby to help end my favorite couple.

Thaks for the info. tammyrammey! As painful as it is, I'll watch the break-up scenes again, because the sound was so low the first around, I missed a lot of things.

Hello! The lady who did the English subtitles for us has remade Rose and Jake's break up. She said she tried to improve sound and cut out extras. I won't watch it because it's way too painful, but I wanted to let you know in case you are brave enough to watch. If you do watch, and if you pick up any words Rose said to Jake that we may have not heard, let me know. I will try and find it and post a link to you. If i can't, it's on youtube.

Ok, the other Jake/Rose German ep. is now finished with subtitles. Go to my channel and look for 'Alice's death 3'. My latest batch of purchased GH videos provided no Jake/Rose stuff (: . I do have Jake alone, working on Grant' case. He interacts with Celia, Dr. Hardy, etc. Let me know if you want me to upload it for you.

Ok, go to my channel, and look at my favorited "Lou's Sunburn". It is the English subtitles for the German clip. It's just Jake and Rose's part! She's going to subtitle the other German JR clip too.

Ok, you know what is awesome! Some woman from the Netherlands just subscribed to my page. She became a Jake/Rose fan just from my uploads! She said back in the day she liked the Jones and Scorpio families, but watching my uploads has really made her a fan. Anyway...I took a shot and asked her if she knew German. She does! I don't know if you have seen the German J/R clips on youtube. There are at least two that I know of. She is going to help translate them for me! As soon as this happens, I will translate the clips for you.

Meanwhile, in a couple days I will be getting a new order of 1983 GH eps. Hopefully they will contain J/R stuff.

Ok I'm confused. In the Nov. 18 of 83 ep. Jake sat down next to a disguised Laura, and told the lady at the Bean Sprout he and Rose were engaged. Yet on the Nov. 30 ep. he told Uncle Isaac he was planning on asking Rose to marry him, and she didn't know yet. Hmmm..confusing. I KNOW Jake brought Rose to a restaurant and proposed to her. My memory is pretty good on this. Don't get your hopes up, but the person I buy from has most, if not all of Dec. 83 eps. If Jake proposed in December.....Ok, I'm obsessed, I know, but I don't like not being successful, so I'm going to try my best to find all of J/R milestones, if it breaks my bank, and drives me insane!
