Well that depends. If you took a 7.4 15c Lipo by a junk company on tamiya connectors, this would be faster then a lipo.

if you took a normal relatively low output 11.1 20c lipo by say, turnigy... then you would find this not being fast at all. This is <25rps. Use audacity for RoF, not a chronogr...

Systema turbo is never a good choice choice for a motor, and that's even if money wasn't a problem. A JG blue was used to achieve the best RoF ever on a standard AEG, at 98rps. It also has fail torque, even for a speed motor. Getting a spring that won't cause PE to pull on this motor is challenging.
