Hey everyone it's Alaan, and here I have a lot of clips from my old kung fu school China Hand Kung Fu Academy (chinahand.com). I practiced there for three years learning Northern Shaolin Long Fist, Bagua, Xingyi, and Guang Ping Taiji.

A lot of my clips are from '03, and I've made corrections since then. If you can comment on the newer clips, I'd appriciate it. .

Please don't try to learn from the clips. Unless you have a strong foundation in martial arts, you can hurt yourself, or someone else who knows more than you can hurt you. The best way to learn is from a teacher, not from a book or video. I really hope you enjoy the clips!

My other intrests are Islam and other world religions & cultures, Hindi, Urdu, Persian, Bollywood, and Rap/Hip-Hop.
