Flight cancelled
We booked a flight from KL to Macau on AK56 on Nov 15, it was canceled.Then without asking, we were put to a later flight AK54 scheduled to arrive at 5pm(instead of original 1pm!!!) There is another flight AK50 arrive earlier(3 flights a day). WE tried so hard to call but only ended up wasted hours of telephone money on recorded voice and music. Is Air Asia Call Center ever been manned at all? Do they answer any call at all!!

How could an Airline be so irresponsible, do they know what is customer service at all ?????????? Upset our travel plan and no courtesy to help us to get better in alternative arrangement. UGH.... YUCK! Now we have the onus to call and call to the machine......... How terrible or how worst can it be. I wrote to the Guest support by email and got a reply that telling me to call their Call Center, HA HA, how ridiculous !! We have very important commitment that we must reach there earlier and not later!! Can someone in Air Asia office help!!
