Hello Lorraine, I would really like to see your 'how to make a snowman' video but cant seem to find it. I absolutely love your work. Do you have any books out on sugarpaste modelling?

Thank you always for your comments and support. To answer a few questions...I do have Online Tutorials for purchasing which are all about creating figure models. You can find those on my website at www.extraicing.co.uk or my blog at www.extra-icing.blogspot.com. I don't make my own fondant, I buy ready made from Renshaw. It's called Regalice. Wilton, Satin Ice and Pettinice are other brands that I have tried and have found the results to be pretty much the same. You can find a video on how to make modelling paste out of these types of fondants/sugarpastes. For Royal Icing, I use so little of it for writing that I just use powdered Meringue Mix and icing sugar to make all I need. Meringue Mix is powdered egg white. To remove unwanted lettering on a cake, if you are careful you can remove it immediately but you can also remove it once dried. I'd recommend doing it whilst still damp but it's up to you. I hope that helps.

OMGosh I am so excited. I am in love with your videos! I watched your puppy sculpting video's on my break at work and went straight home to make them. They are absolutely adorable! Soon as I get photo's of them I will share with you! I do have a question though, with your people, do you have any tutorials on how to do the body?

Hi Lorraine. First I just wanted to say thank you so very much for your awesome videos!

But I have a question in regards to your "How to write with Royal Icing" video (the comments are disabled). How would you correct a mistake you made on a cake while writing? (On a Fondant cake that is) Is it best to let the royal icing harden and scrap/peel it off? Or is it best to take it off while it is still soft?
