But I have a question in regards to your "How to write with Royal Icing" video (the comments are disabled). How would you correct a mistake you made on a cake while writing? (On a Fondant cake that is) Is it best to let the royal icing harden and scrap/peel it off? Or is it best to take it off while it is still soft?
