UN Resolution 1973 has been systematically violated by NATO. The spirit of the Resolution was to PREVENT civilian deaths. Its difficult to see how this can be done with bombs dropping on Tripoli left right center.

Great video, took me 1 full hour doing it for my 2000 accord. Hardest part was taking the cone off, had to use the grinder and chisel for that. This video makes the rest easy. Thanks.
