Youtube completely muted our Tsuba Ninja episode 5 because of copyright infringement for the montage music from Team America. They say I dont have the rights to use it. Its bullshit because we arent even making money off of it... its 3 guys dressed as ninjas doing stupid jokes to entertain a small group of fans. I'm so pissed off right now. Something similar happened to one of my brothers performances I filmed and posted on youtube. But this time a major company contacted him, not youtube, about removing the video "or else". The video was of my brother's student's school performance that was performed privately for their family members. These rules, regulations and copyright shit are getting out of hand. Three no-names from Detroit Michigan cant even be creative and have fun without it turning into some legal bullshit. With the combination from all the assholes that we get badmouthing our tameshigiri videos and harassing us to copyright infringement, I'm considering removing all my videos. I just really think its not worth going to court over. Its just a shame that it had to come down to this. I would really like to thank all of the fans that enjoyed our humor, martial arts and performances. We had a lot of fun entertaining you all throughout the years and never imagined any of our videos would be recognized and appreciated by such great individuals that share our humor and interests. This really hurts me to do this, but like I said before, this is not worth going to court over. Unfortunately I do not believe that any more videos will be posted by me. It was fun while it lasted...
