After a 10 day travel, I get back and see 183 comments to my comments, 61 Personal Messages and 13 Friend Invites.
Obviously no time to respond to all comments, but read them all. There were exactly 146 comments which questioned my religion, asked me what a Moderate Muslim means and obviously calling me names like:

Dirty Paki
Jew Pig
Zionist scumbag
Israeli Agent
American Fag
... and believe me a lot more, too many to list.
So, I thought I would write a bit about myself in an attempt to answer most questions people may have.
1. Born in Pakistan, raised in the US. Went to secular schools, best ones at that, thanks to my parents. Comingled with people of various nationalities, religion, color, race and ethnicities. Hence, I have a very healthy respect for EVERYONE. I come to you and everyone with no preconceived prejudices of any basis whatsoever.
2. Born a Sunni Muslim, whose parents were not too religious (thankfully so), us siblings had the freedom (and encouragement) to focus on OUR interests growing up. Fortunately, all of us have grown to be responsible and honest citizens.
3. Coming to the point of Religion
NEW VERSION
I am full blown atheist. A comparative study reveals each is more arcane than the other, no matter which religion you choose, it is separatist and supremacist, no exceptions.
I believe in Creation (Man created God).
OLD VERSION
and being a Moderate Muslim, I am religious, to the point that, there is a God and I call him Allah. It is well known that Allah, the name, pre-dates the Quran by centuries and I think it is a farce that it has been usurped by a petty human like Mohammad to suit his personal needs and ego. To list a few of the many abhorrent facts:
- Mohammad screwed a 9 year old girl when he was a old fart.
- He screwed his daughter-in-law and then claimed adoption is not permitted.
He did do a few good things, like most people do, but I think he is responsible for the pain, suffering, death and destruction of hundreds of millions of muslims. Needless to say, I know where he is resting (if that is resting).
Therefore, I do not use the Quran, Hadeeth, Sunnah as the guiding principles, because they are not meant to be that. To me, they are great works of literature and have historical importance. Thats all there is to it. I think people who follow them otherwise are indoctrinated retards. Not fair to call them retards, they were not given a chance. Brainwashed from infant stage. Sad state indeed!
From the standpoint of educating myself on "religion(s)", I have read the Quran, the Bible, the Torah and some Hindu Books. Do intend to read more as and when time permits. Obviously then, when I say, I am a Moderate Muslim, that is MY DEFINITION of a Moderate Muslim. That is what I consider it to be, and I WILL NOT TAKE ANY OTHER DEFINITION from ANYONE about what IT IS and SHOULD BE. What makes me a Moderate?
Here are some of the things which describe me:
a. I enjoy ALL that life has to offer, with TOTAL DISREGARD to ANY RELIGIOUS TEACHINGS, but with TOTAL REGARD for commonsense, respect for law, public safety, personal health among many other things.
b. Hardcore Heterosexual with not an iota of Homophobia.
c. I don't hate anybody, based on religious teachings of ANY religion.
d. I enjoy Scotch and Bourbon
e. No fasting for me during Ramadan! Don't think that idea makes sense at all. Fasting means sex as well. Ouch!
f. I admit that it is sad that radicals in Islam are causing so much grief.
g. I love me some great Pork Chops!
h. I have great friends in all religions, some are gay, some are straight, ALL ARE GREAT!
