I am a British guy that got bit by the American Dream and moved to North America in 1992. Most of my life I was a big corporate CEO in the telecommunications industry and worked for companies like Ericsson and Nortel, managing corporations for them.

As I "matured" I started to think about what life might look like when I entered my retirement years and quickly realized I might be facing a huge problem. As with most people I have not put enough money aside to just stop working at 65 and go do what my little heart desires. All of those desires will cost a pretty penny! So I considered what my options were.

What I need is a boat load of income that repeats itself every month. Some people call that residual income...I call it perpetual income. But as I don't have a massive pension coming my way and my social security payments won't even cover my auto expenses, I had to come up with something else.

I don't like working for someone else and, anyway, who wants to employ a 65 year old retiree (did I hear someone say Walmart!) so I turned to becoming an entrepreneur. Now that is easier said than done. So I thought until I got involved in network marketing (MLM). One think I quickly learned was there is a particular stigma attached to that industry.

I have since battled on and come to the conclusion that the MLM industry could be the savior for a lot more people than just myself. You have to see through both the hype and the stigma and make an informed decision as what you want to get involved with in the industry. Make sure fear and emotion do not drive your decision making process to join one or another company. I believe everyone should join at least three (complementary) organizations and that the choices should be made on a systematic analysis of the options. I have started my own company (LLC) that encompasses (more than) three MLM companies and I present each and/or all of them should someone be interested.

Let me help you with your decisions. I have several blogs and lots of experiences, good and bad, in this industry and would like to help you build your own empire of companies that will start producing huge amounts of perpetual income for you and your family. The kind of work you can do when sitting on a beach with your laptop in your lap just checking out how big your commission check was last week!
