@levaslevas a .338 wouldn't get through half the jugs of water. High velocity doesn't equate to great penetration. The .45 govt. may be slow and fly in an arc like a rainbow, but it will out penetrate a .458 Winmag which is why it's acceptable for the big Five and the .338 is not.
