No one can do Hello Walls like Jim Reeves even if Willy did write it.
I remember Willy looking like this, man that has been a long time ago. Gives new meaning to "Funny How Time Slips Away."

Song was still very popular in 64. Remember shedding a few tears into a lot of beers listening to this. Dang sure was homesick at that time. Lackland AFB 1964, lots of lonely "soldier boys".

Done a lot of "belly rubbing" to this song back in the day. In case some of you younger folk don't know what that is, it's polishing the belt buckle or DANCING. Hahaha. gotta love the Eagles.

They are Kustom. If you had a band in the 60's you just had to have Kustom's. They were the newest thing out and the most popular and remained so for a few years then came Shure and blew everyone out of the water. Sound was better quality since Kustom was mostly mid range. Still liked them.

For the idiots that think it's about race. Just what part of ILLEGAL don't you understand?? Illegals cost this country enough to balance the budget. Ship em back to where they came from. Eisenhower, Truman and even Hoover had the right idea.
Want to come to this country? Do it the legal way. ...

I can remember when this song was banned on a lot of stations and "doin the dog" the dance was absolutely banned on college campuses.Yea, I was in college when this song came out. Raising your leg got you kicked out of the dance. hahha. Boy things were "straight " back then.
He's not saying that Timmy031. Re-listen to the worlds. It's something we don't get over but it gets better by the day.
