afterdeployment.org is a wellness resource focused on helping service members, their families, and veterans with common deployment related problems. The web site provides self-care solutions targeting Post-Traumatic Stress (PTSD), traumatic brain injury (TBI), depression, anger, family issues, and more.
afterdeployment.org is a core project developed by the National Center for Telehealth & Technology (T2). T2 is a component center of the Defense Centers of Excellence for Psychological Health and Traumatic Brain Injury (DCoE) which is under the Department of Defense (DoD).
