hey guys i found the solutions.........
1st install the quick time player then go to the directory and copy the following files........
QTOControl.dll
QTOLibrary.dll
QTPlugin.ocx
QTUIPanelControl.dll
and QuickTimePlayer.dll
paste these file in adobe "supported file" folder.....
after that....
