Walker and Trivette seek a way to put an end to a money-laundering bingo operation by a big shot criminal, but their only incriminating discovery is a cheery lady named Elaine. However, her nervous reactions towards them slowly prove its just a facade for some sneaky ideas to nab the hidden bingo money. That woman isn't too keen on the Ranger's presence, and it isn't long before she tries to ditch them for her own personal gain. Elaine's also attracted more unwanted attention- another greedy cohort waiting to steal the prize.

-Robert Forster makes his first appearance.
-This is the very first episode to feature the opening with the "Eyes of a Ranger" lyrics sung by Chuck Norris. The show needed a cooler intro, and he delivered! It remains the trademark theme for the series up until the very end.
