At 2:05, that unmistakable, cut-to-the-bone wail is heard reminding us there is only one SM. As the song progresses, he begins to explode all over. What an incredible spirit that could do it all: great! guitarist, phenomenal songwriter and ridiculous performer. Nuf' said.

I read this video is taken in at a mall in Canada (Alberta?) and the "flowerpot fertizerer' is a native/indigenous guy. Most of the people we're seeing by are probably Canadians.
