What you're seeing is the shadow of a 4D cube (not 5D) called a tessaract. Think of it in these terms: If you shine a flashlight on a cube, rotate it, and look at its shadow, you are seeing a 2D shadow of a 3D object in motion. Here, you are seeing the 3D shadow of a 4D object in motion.

@point177 Wimma86 is correct that it is 3/4. It's tricky because the downbeat of some measures comes at an unexpected point in the phrase. I find it quite interesting to listen to and sing.
