I have over 11,000 hrs. of hands on experience in Massage Therapy/ Fascial Release. I'm a "master" at self-fascial release. Due to a spinal birth defect and numerous, serious injuries, I developed a number of massage tools to work on myself. This work led me to a new discovery in self-fascial release. When used in combination with stretching and strengthening is capable of gaining contortionistic flexability in 1 to 2 years......unheard of results!!!
