i used the MAV to spot people in SQDM for my team since we had the same problem, and i was killing with it at the same time, getting 10-15 kills per match lol.. we went from 0-2 to 6-2 before we finally got our shit and bailed. thats what i recommend to unlock the gun faster

the javelin works better with the SOFLAM, it does more damage to ground units and can target helis and jets without being flared since its being laser designated. if you have a friend that has it unlocked you should try it sometime because its a powerful combo
