Danger of ketosis? Er..... without Ketosis, you would die rather horribly. Diabetics can enter diabetic ketoacidosis if their blood sugar gets out of control, but that is NOT the same thing. Ketosis is the presence of ketones in the body as a by product of fat/protein conversion into glucose....
