hey dude nice vids u got a good body type there...yo ah listen,i am an 18 year old,and then i have been starting to work out,since a while lifting weights,but i dont know i just have some fat here that it doesnt go.i run 3 times a week and i lift 3 times a week.i dont know wt u recommend?am 5'11 and weight 185 pounds.i want to be bigger and stronger,but of course with muscle,so wt u say?should i do cardio until i get skinny ass hell and then do weight training or wt?please i need help here

Your failure to achieve anything close to your goal is well documented is these videos. Classic loser... I'll bet the other goals you've set for yourself (personal and professional) have met with a similar demise.
