Hi Bugsy998 - Thx for the comment. while Acumen Fund's headquarters is in NYC, we don't currently work in the US, only in South Asia and East Africa. Bringing our work to other parts of the world including the US is a dream of ours and hopefully someday will become a reality. While I belive in Acumenfund's philosophy, how can this be applied in the USA? There are people in the USA that live in poverty most of their lives, cannot afford health insurance and cannot seem to see the light and lift themselves out of the cycle because the were never given tools or opportunities to do so. Does Acumendfund work in the USA?
