Dirigée par Richard Bellanger (juriste titulaire d'une Maitrise et d'un DESS en Droit), HAUSSMANN PRESTIGE est bien plus qu'une simple agence immobilière.

Avec plus de 10 ans d'expérience dans l'immobilier, Richard Bellanger a créé et dirigé 123immo.com (portail internet immobilier), a installé et développé le Groupe ERIC MEY en Ile de France (www.eric-mey.com), a recruté, formé et accompagné un réseau de plus de 350 professionnels de l'immobilier en France. Il est membre du Syndicat National des Professionnels de l'immobilier.

Interrogeant ses amis, ses voisins, il constate à regret l'insatisfaction chronique des clients (vendeurs et acquéreurs) des agences immobilières dites "classiques" : trop peu de service, déficit de conseil, de compétence, manque de disponibilité, absence de suivi client

Fort de ce constat et épaulé par son épouse, Sylvie (précédemment Avocat au Barreau de Paris, titulaire d'un DEA de Droit des Affaires), ils décident ensemble de développer HAUSSMANN PRESTIGE avec comme principale devise :
