My name is Jake, I'm a songwriter from San Diego, CA. I have a lot to say. I was diagnosed with cancer (T-cell lymphoma) in May 2008, a few days after my 23rd birthday. I cherish every day I get to live. I wasn't planning on dying young, but if I do I feel I've fought the good fight. If you can't say the same, now's the time to make a change.
