If it has incense, it can't be too low church. The minister at the beginning was wearing a tippet: that's for Morning and Evening Prayer, not for the Eucharist. If he were low church celebrating the Eucharist, he would be wearing a stole in the seasonal colors.

St. Bartholomew's is a huge church. The camera is the reason for the darkness, not the church itself. They would have to use football stadium lights for the kind of light you're asking for.
