Acel Bisa van Ommen is already a familiar sound in Philippine alternative-pop music.

In 2008, she released her solo album "Silver Lining" featuring tracks like "Laugh and Cry" and "Pakiusap".

Her other projects also include the English version of "One Love" for the Korean drama "Spring Waltz", "Sa Ngalang Ng Pag-Ibig" for the sci-fi drama "Rounin" and "Gulo, Hilo, Lito" for the Philippine version of the romantic comedy series "My Girl".

Acel has long been involved with Philippine music. From 1999 to 2004 she was the front-woman for the multi-awarded band "Moonstar 88" that brought hit songs "Torete" and "Sulat". And 1995-1997 she sang for the band "Orphan Lily".
