Lorne brings extensive experience in the area of peak performance training with professional and elite amateur athletes. He's worked with several NHL teams as a Strength and Conditioning Coach including the Montreal Canadiens, the Panthers, the Senators, the St. Louis Blues, the Chicago Blackhawks, the Quebec Nordiques and the Colorado Avalanche. He currently coaches out of the Athletic Conditioning Center in Ottawa and Gary Roberts High Performance Training in Toronto. Workplace wellness and fitness is another area that Lorne is well versed. For 26 years his company Strength Tek has provide extensive programming and facility management to the public and private sectors. Lorne, who graduated from the University of Ottawa with an honours degree in Physical Education, is certified by the National Strength and Conditioning Association as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. He is also a Certified Exercise Physiologist through the Canadian Society of Exercise Physiology.
