I use ZD Soft Game Recorder and BSR 4.0 Screen Recorder. I've tried all kinds of versions of Fraps, GameCam, Hypercam, CamStudio. They didnt work for me. These programs are what I use to make my videos. I recommend trying different programs that suit your needs and that don't overload your computer.
