This is how you can make scrambled eggs using the steam wand of an coffee machine (given it has one of course).

It's fairly novel, it's a bit sciencey, it produces quite lovely and light scrambled eggs.

Why would you want to do this ? I have no idea. Should you try this at home ? Probably not... but go for it and tell me what happens. (less info)
